Festival presents artistic and ambitious animation, including films made in the classic, drawn animation technique, which is slowly becoming forgotten due to the ubiquitous computer technology.

We present animated movies for both children and adults.  Gdańsk Animation Festival includes screenings of the best animated films from Poland and around the world. Festival have been held continuously for 9 years, and previously for 3 editions as the International Animation Day in Gdańsk.
